Brewing instructions – how to do it

1. Rinse the filter with hot water and warm the carafe.
2. Add approx. 20 g of medium-fine ground coffee.
3. Pour 40 ml of water and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
4. Continue pouring up to approx. 300 ml in slow circles.
5. After about 3 minutes, the coffee is ready to serve.

Want to make iced coffee? Fill the carafe with ice before brewing and let the coffee run directly over the ice – fresh, full-bodied and refreshing.
